TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. All bookings must be confirmed either by e-mail or fax.
   
   
2. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be made at time of booking.  The balance paid on termination/completion at destination of travel.
   
   
3. Any cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to travel.  Failure to cancel or failure to show at pick up point will incur the full booking charge.
   
   
4. Cancellations or no show fees may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you.
   
   
5. Waiting time and/or car parking and/or toll costs will be charged at our standard rate.
   
   
6. VAT will be charged at the current UK rate.
   
   
7. Credit card payments are subject to a nominal surcharge.
   
   
8. From point of pick up we accept no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused nor loss resulting therefrom.
   
   
9. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the vehicle.
